*If you book your excursions / tours / experiences in advance (at least 45 days prior to date of experience on some Experiences) you can confirm and guarantee it with a low non-refundable deposit. Deposits are based per person, and are non-refundable / exchangeable.
Certain Experiences are not eligible for a low deposit scheme and full payment will be required upon confirming.
If full payment has been received and you wish to cancel/change the Experience, then the full amount will be loss and no refund will be provided.
In the unlikely event that your booked Experience is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control (weather, local / regional unrest, government guidance) then you will be refunded in full. Our Experiences are offered by third parties and if they cancel the booking then a full refund will be given, but we are not liable to rebook you onto a different experience and the booking will be deemed as cancelled. We will try our best to offer alternative Experiences within a similar price range.
We encourage all our travellers to have comprehensive travel insurance for the destination and check with the provider what is and is not covered. We will provide cancellation invoices if necessary, if required as part of an insurance claim. This will be sent directly to the insurance provider.
